Rick   Lavezzo

Board of Directors, CAL-SEIA (2003-2008)

Our founder, Rick Lavezzo, has successfully worked for over 22 years in construction and 14 of those years in the commercial solar industry focusing on all types of PV renewable energy. He has been involved in installing systems of over 400 megawatts. He is a licensed contractor in the state of California, building some of the largest grid-connected systems in North America, Canada, and Europe. He has performed all aspects of the construction process: estimating, planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, consulting and hands-on work. His experience and knowledge in the industry have led him to become a leader focusing on cutting edge, low impact construction techniques. These techniques have been implemented in other countries and throughout North America. Rick has become one of the best known and respected men in the solar industry. With a humble beginning in construction, Rick is now a leader in the design and construction of all types of solar plants. He has worked with a majority of the industry leaders while constantly improving on the techniques used in solar construction.

Dan   Hubiak

Dan has over 20 years of Project Management experience working at Hewlett-Packard. With a Project Management and Sales background, he was instrumental in getting Arraycon off the ground and profitable for Arraycon's first 3 years of business. He has continued to manage several key relationships in the industry which still contribute to our success to this day. Dan is responsible for all pre-construction, from bidding to logistics and scheduling. Dan also served 4 years in the US Air Force where he now applies these management skills to getting the job done quickly and professionally. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree from California State University - Chico.

Jeff   Calabro

Jeff Calabro has over 17 years of experience in the solar PV industry. Throughout his career, Jeff has been responsible for mitigating project risk, constructing systems on-time and on budget and ensuring deployment of quality products throughout the life of the system. He has held positions in business development, sales, procurement, product management, operation start-up, project management and project development. Prior to ArrayCon, Jeff worked for solar panel manufacturers Kyocera Solar and Canadian Solar, solar developers SunEdison and PsomasFMG, CPV manufacturer Amonix and most recently, Solon US. He has effectively negotiated multi-million dollar purchase agreements and has been directly involved in the procurement of over 500MW of PV module supply.

Nathan   Bannister

Nate has over 19 years of construction experience and has been with Arraycon for 3 years as a Field Superintendent. Nate has successfully managed the installation of over 70MW of utility-scale solar projects in the U.S. Prior to working with Arraycon, Nate owned his own successful residential and commercial construction company through which he built several custom homes, neighborhood developments, and commercial buildings.

Mathew   Ricci

Mathew Ricci brings more than 19 years of commercial and industrial construction experience. He has extensive leadership experience in leading and directing EPC development and construction operations at organizations such as First Solar, SunEdison, and SunPower/PowerLight Corporation. His portfolio of projects includes the development and completion of utility and distributed generation, ground mount and rooftop, fixed tilt, tracking, and concentrating solar PV systems totaling more than 500MW. He holds a BS in Business management and Masters of Science studies in Organizational Leadership, Strategic and Change Management at Colorado State University.

Gary   Lavezzo

Gary has over 45 years of General construction experience. He has been a superintendent in the utility-scale solar industries for over 10 years and has installed over 200 MW. He has helped implement several new techniques to save time and money for the successful completion of projects on time and under budget.
